For devices with small mobile data plan, such as 4G gateway boards, using the default 5-second heartbeat interval consumes more data。

对于移动数据流量较小的设备，如4G网关设备，使用默认的5秒心跳间隔会消耗更多的数据。我希望这个间隔是可配置的。
