A ConstTypeArgs.NFloat library that brings System.Runtime.InteropServices.NFloat into const type arguments likely isn't needed, particularly (as the namespace suggests) NFloat is primarily used for interoperability.

However, there are some minor use cases for NFloat outside of interop and incorporating NFloat into a const type argument library wouldn't require much effort.
