removed bundle exec from commands e.g.

$ bundle exec rake 
  # becomes 
$rake

and so on. - why? let's keep it simple

remove all

$ cat lib/how_i_start.rb
...

and use Source - lib/how_istart.rb: etc. - why? lets us use code highlighting for code block
