Fully supported to deliver on CDN for quick use. No sure where to get started.

I'm partial to jsDelivr, they work hard to make sure they are aren't blocked in China (and it looks like an older version is already on there....). CDNJS is more popular, however.

You're google storage isn't returning the correct MIME encoding, which Chrome appears to reject (CSP might be the culprit).
