Material

Blender for Unreal Engine use FBX to export static and skeletal mesh. "Only basic materials are supported by Unreal's FBX pipeline. Uncommon map (texture) types will not be imported." And Blender material nodes don't seem to transfer texture into the FBX when exporting.

I recommend to ceate your material in Unreal Engine and use Material Search Location for automatically link the materials to your mesh. Material Search Location will link the materials that has the same name.
