no images on /posts page

When you are on the /posts page, you can see post title and date. It would be great to be able to add an additional item called image when creating a new post and then be able to display it on the /posts page. Has anyone forked this repo and added this? I don't have the skills to add image to a new post, but imagine it's not too hard.
