How to use for custom themes?

I plan to create custom theme for my project. How would I use ACM then?
I have 3 use cases for custom models.

1. As individual page. Pretty much like normal post, with slug to access it
2. As nested page. If I have model services, then I would need articles related to individual service. And url would be something like /service1/article231
3. To iterate inside another page. If I have page /services, I need to have all (or some) of services items listed there. Or if I have /service1, then I need to list related items from personnel model.

How should I approach these? The only info I found that might or might not be applicable here is https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/template-files-section/custom-post-type-template-files/, and yet it partially covers 1st use case only.
