Horizontal Scroll on versions 13+ is not working

I am experiencing a issue with the gantt chart, the demo on (http://gantt.ngnice.com/guides/intro) has a proper horizontal scrollbar

After I implemented demo example with all the versions after 13 that had a Cdk virtual scroll this horizontal scrollbar is gone. Will you guys offer any solution to this, even a possibility to opt-out from the CDK virtual scroll would be appreciated?
