We continue to get a lot of support questions via the feedback form, some of which are quite important and are left unanswered.
The Jetpack web feedback form makes it much more clear that it’s not for support and we'd like to do something similar. Specifically, move the current "If you need support..." note to above the edit field, make it more prominent, and include a link that opens the support screen. Something like this:
“Please note this is not a support form, and we will not be able to reply. If you need support, please use our [Contact Support screen].”
