No output from EXE's on Win2008R2 nor win2012 R2

Hi Wiwanek.

Your code looks amazing, no doubt you did a great job in helping a lot of developers to use Expect in .NET.

I would like to share few issues that i encountered, and did not manage to find a proper solution.
I have tried to use your expect module in order to interact with some common exe files, and this is my status -
• Plink.exe - Works
• Telnet.exe – No
• CMD.exe – Works
• PowerShell– No
• CScript - No
• Python scripts - No

I did not manage to distinguish, why some exe's works like a charm, while others simply not giving any output at all.
i would highly appreciate your advise.
