Improve Speed of PSTTableBC

Since I use your lib and its very useful, I detected with the profiler, that in 
PSTTableBC there is extensive use of the toString()-method from the item. But 
the description is not really used. 

I changed it to have a lazy-initialization and this improves the speed 
significant! But unfortunaltely I have no clue how to commit changes nor to 
submit it here, beside the tracker. I attached the whole file and the changes 
are with a compare easily detectable. Let me know if there are further 
questions...
