Not sure how to best name this. Maybe it should fall under Wasp Studio.
But the idea is, that you can manually call and trigger Wasp Operations, Jobs, APis, ... .
Imagine that you get an interface, be it in CLI or or an actual GUI, where there is a list of Operations, Jobs and APIs, and you can run an operation with arguments, or call an API, or even trigger a job (so you don't have to wait for it when you want to test it: https://discord.com/channels/686873244791210014/1288118057281126511/1288118057281126511 -> related discord convo here). This would be handy!
