Bug描述

永远是第一个alpine都下不下来，怎么试都是类似的错误，代理都关闭了，镜像也都加过了

对于Dockerfile进行修改。
FROM python:3.11-alpine
修改为FROM public.ecr.aws/python:3.11-alpine

或者修改为 FROM 任意镜像站/python:3.11-alpine
