We have a ticker #179 about using the pipeTo operator everywhere. We can get rid of those interfaces (MatrixDecomposer, MatrixInverter, LinearSystemSolver ) in favor of MatrixOperation and MatrixVectorOperation. Note, that we still don't have these XOperation interfaces, this work in progress.
