Bug: Transaction time is incorrect

Describe the bug
When I put the time for the transaction in Abacus, it shows as a different time in the web version. I.e. transaction takes place at 5 pm in Abacus; when checking that transaction in Firefly, It is listed to be at 11 am. If you compare transactions the times will be wrong w/o haveing to make new ones.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. click the plus to add a transaction
2. fill out details
3. compare times
4. See error

Expected behavior
the times should be the same
