Can't find variable: TextDecoderStream

In implementing this Chatbot example using AI SDK, I am running into the following issue on my server:

AI_APICallError: Failed to process successful response

459 |   if (response.body == null) {
460 |     throw new EmptyResponseBodyError({});
461 |   }
462 |   return {
463 |     responseHeaders,
464 |     value: response.body.pipeThrough(new TextDecoderStream()).pipeThrough(new EventSourceParserStream()).pipeThrough(
                                                                  ^
ReferenceError: Can't find variable: TextDecoderStream

My BE is express / bun, my FE is React/TS/Vite. I'm using pnpm for both.

Any suggestions?

Bun didn't include TextDecoderStream for a long time, but it seems they have added it in a recent release: oven-sh/bun#5648

Please try updating to the latest bun version

I am using the latest bun version, so unfortunately this doesn't solve my issue.
