Hi,

I started using gepard recently for my project and I was wondering if there is a way to display the borders of sequences when using a multiple fasta file to create a dotplot?

Best regards,
Franziska

Hi Franziska,
this is a good idea. So far we have discussed such an option but not implemented it. We appreciate your suggestion as a feature request and will implement it as soon as possible.

best,
Thomas
