Adicionar o nome do departamento aos campos obtidos via Web-Scraping

Descrição
É necessário salvar o nome dos departamentos no banco de dados para que o front-end possa exibir as informações das disciplinas aos usuários.

Escopo
Está relacionada ao código do Web-Scraping, Models de departamentos e Views para retorno das disciplinas.

Tópicos para conclusão da tarefa:

  • Adaptar o Web-Scraping para obter o nome do departamento
  • Modificar a model de departamento e realizar as migrações
  • Atualizar a função de update do banco de dados
  • Atualizar os testes existentes para a validação da funcionalidade.
