Steps to reproduce

1. Create a document type with two tabs in it (Tab1 and Tab2)
2. Refresh the page and go to that document type
3. Click delete tab2
4. Two alert errors appear (see the video above)the

Expected result / actual result

API /umbraco/management/api/v1/document-type/{id}tab return Not Found
API umbraco/management/api/v1/tree/document-type/ancestors?descendantId={id}tab returns Bad request
