Eksempler på system_notes (notes that may affect the loan):

"Cash - Limit of 200.00 NOK exceeded. User has 1,600.00 NOK."
"Patron is not active"

Disse blir ikke oversatt selv om resten av brevet er på norsk. Ideelt sett bør også tallformateringen tilpasses norske regler.
