photoprism: detection of offensive photos

According to the documentation, you can modify the following settings to handle offensive photos:

PHOTOPRISM_DETECT_NSFW	--detect-nsfw		flag newly added pictures as private if they might be offensive (requires TensorFlow)
PHOTOPRISM_UPLOAD_NSFW	--upload-nsfw		allow uploads that might be offensive (detecting unsafe content requires TensorFlow

I've added the following to the .env file in /opt/photoprism/config - like this:

PHOTOPRISM_UPLAOD_NSFW='true'
PHOTOPRISM_DETECT_NSFW='false'

but unfortunately, this seems not to work.
Photoprism is still removing files it detected as offensive.

How can this be deactivated completely?
