現状、早押しクイズやイントロクイズ等の音声を利用する bot と TTS 用の bot が同一アカウントのため、前者のプレイ中は TTS が使えなくなってしまっている。

TTS 用の bot アカウントを作成し、TTS はそっちで動かすようにして分離したい。
