Add user-friendly initial install Wifi configuration

This patch release version of the firmware should properly allow users to configure the device for connection to their Wifi network.

This is done via the HomeACcessoryKid/esp-wifi-config package, which is a library to bootstrap WiFi-enabled accessories WiFi config.

Initial Release

The binary included in this release marks the first fully-functional and tested version of this software.

Additional bug fixes and features are necessary; however, what is released here should be considered "good enough" for an operable device.

OTA updating capabilities will allow this firmware to continually improve without intervention by the consumer.
