New Algo/Coin add

Looking for where to request new coins to be added. If that's here id like to ask about getting Qubic and Xelis support.

Both use their own algos, and qubic is very popular at the moment. Xelis is newer and seeing a lot of interest as well. Xelis currently has a bounty for an open source miner as well.
