Add support for contrib projects.

It would be nice to pass in a project name as an argument (default to drupal) and if say the project is passed in as paragraphs then it clones down the paragraphs module from source and puts it in modules/contrib enables it and sets up for the patch workflow.

That's a good idea, I think https://github.com/joachim-n/dorgflow is also an interesting project to potentially integrate for working with Drupal patches.

https://github.com/mglaman/drupalorg-cli is also interesting, but wasn't as flexible from my tests. I found it while looking into how certain project release notes were generated.

I forgot to check existing issues, and just created #9 ... perhaps it can get added for now, and removed when this issue is resolved, and contrib projects are supported?
