@alexanderswerdlow's temp banner fix in 5c5ada5 doesn't look great. I know @afish31 liked it, but there are literally two different shades of blue so at the very least that should be fixed.

The color on the top is #34345C (official 1836 blue) but the lower color is #2B2C4B.
