例如默认值、有没有最大设置限制、配置数值过小是不是被占用完后出现查询无反应一直等待的情况、最新版本是否已经被移除？等

maxShellConn该参数已经在3.x 版本中不工作了。

时序库对服务端最大链接数的设置参数是什么？还是说是内置的，不需要关注
