This page lists all unnapproved addons : https://addons.supertuxkart.net/manage.php

It would be nice if it showed the upload date, and was sorted by date
It would be very helpful to have a way to "reject" addons revisions (i.e. declare "will never be approved") so that it no longer appears in the list (at least until the user uploads a new revision)
