I think it's some very early code we used to monitor when the robot got stuck. We haven't used this at KTH for ages, and we probably won't in the future either since we now have more sophisticated ways to keep track of what's happening with the robot. We can probably remove this from the release.

Since I prepared it for it, I just released it. If you don't want to put any more work into this, feel free to remove the package.
