Earning badges for certain activities indicates an acquired skill in particular areas. There are proposed interfaces for making this possible, including the Open Badges project (http://openbadges.org). Can we export out badges with this interface?

Created a sample Open Badge (GeoQ Expert) and added to my backpack (backpack.openbadges.org)
