lombok update needed for jdk 24 support

See lombok.patcher PR projectlombok/lombok.patcher#17 then new release here projectlombok/lombok#3772.

Lombok is not directly used here but comes from the parent. I could probably just disable it instead as not needed here even though its caused no harm otherwise. I will look into that separately.
