Bug with useHeaders() and empty field

Hi! I have pricelist from distributor and i try to read it with Simple Excel.

All goes fine until line 8843 - there is empty string in cell D and for some reason reader just skip that cell, i got cells with keys 0, 1, 2, 4, 5, etc, but not 3.

Ok, its not a big problem. But when i try to use useHeaders() method, reader again ignore that column value and take value of next column! Article value moved in brand column, and same with all next columns.
