Extract the mp4 parsing logic from the mp4 input and prepare it for accepting fragments of mp4 files #406
parse hls playlists
- a good parser is available: m3u8-rs
download fragments and feed them to the mp4 reader
(maybe) support discontinuities
(maybe) support mpeg-ts?

With the HLS example, we won't be finishing it. We only need a little bit better documentation for using gstreamer as input.
