Self hosted - Registration account form - Missing phone field

When I try to register an account on a self hosted version, I get: "Validation error: Phone code should have valid characters.", but it does not give me any field to introduce that field on the account registration page.

Also, when I load the page, it shows the "Your password must atleast consist of 1 alphabet 1 nummeric character and 1 special character" even I have not entered any password yet
