How to Retrieve Certificate

If you want to retrieve the certificate that is generated by Lets Encrypt and assigned to your web site, then you need to open the Kudu portal and browse to

D:\home\SiteExtensions\letsencrypt\config\

In the config folder you will find separate folders for the production Lets Encrypt server and the staging server. Within each folder you will find all the output files generated while setting up Lets Encrypt on your Azure Web App.

Note only files from the latest run are stored.
