So, the likely desired workflow is to include all the keyterms from the books that will be pretranslated (or all keyterms) - except in one instance, where there is no training data and we want to translate off of the main NLLB-200 model.

From EITL: "We use the original setting for key terms that includes all key terms (with category 'PN'). "
