Workflow: Recognize File changes

In the case of the Data Safety CSV, if it changes from the previous successfully publish app, then the user who has access to Google Play will need to update the Monitor and improve > Policy and programs > App content > Actioned > Data safety and import the changed CSV.

So, we need to add the following

• In the Verify and Publish UI, add a column that indicates that an output file has changed from the previous build associated with the last successfully publish app.
• Could we offer the ability to do a diff of the previous file and the new file?
• Allow App Builders role to transfer to Admin to update Google Play
• Add a new step to Update Google Play
  • When updating the Data Safety CSV, does the AAB need to uploaded first and skipped during publish?
