A user in Tanzania who mostly used the Merge Duplicates and Review Entries tools said: "[I] estimate that I used 2-3GB each day of the workshop."

That's more than we should require. We need at least some rough benchmarks for:

Data Entry
Merge Duplicates
Review Entries

Investigate what data can be aggregated from OpenTelemetry. (Check out metrics.)
