Language Chooser: Not enough room for list of languages #41

Expected behavior:

View at least one full language item on screen
Hopefully get a part of at least one other language to know that there are more

Actual behavior:

Can't see whole language item
Can't see any of second language item*
most of left sidebar is taken up by title, input label, and unlisted language button
left sidebar is narrower than expected
