How to integrate ExtensionServiceConfig via terraform #204

Hello,

There is a way to patch ExtensionServiceConfig via Terraform?

According to https://github.com/siderolabs/extensions/blob/main/power/nut-client/README.md, we need to add a new config but it seems more a k8s config than a talos config.

It is a Talos machine configuration document, the provider accepts config patches in Terraform's format.
