Webhook payload incomplete

Only in pre_property_change and post_property_change the users Email Address is available in the webhook payload as falsely described in:
https://docs.servicebot.io/webhooks/
I tried to fix this myself, but was not able to locate the right template file or database in which the other payload templates are defined.

I am currently using v 0.9.10
