As seen in recent testing:

  • ./oc-inject --verbose postgresql-fb4f4fcd4-wc474 ./hello # works
  • ./oc-inject --verbose postgresql-fb4f4fcd4-wc474 ../hello # broken

The "../hello" is used incorrectly in some places, needs an os.path.basename().
