widget-codetool 控件展示位置会跟着横向滚动条跑.. #248

当代码区域有横向滚动条时, 在将滚动条向右拖动时, 右上角的 widget-codetool 并没有固定在右上角, 而是跟着跑.

期望结果: 一直固定在右上角.
