Not sure what the optimal solution for this is though.

Is it possible that we could add an indicator to the drawing board, so an user intuitively taps on the drawing board to guess?

What kind of indicator?

Like a transparent floating pointing hand with text saying "Guess".

But you don't have a cursor on mobile, so you'd never really see that.
Or did you mean a permanent thing? If so, it'd probably be fine at one of the canvas corners.
