Headers and sections missing when viewing certain .md files

• macOS version? 10.15.5

Bug Information

• What are you trying to do? View .md files in Quick Look
• What's the expected behavior? All sections and text in Markdown files appear correctly in Quick Look.
• What's the actual behavior? When viewing Markdown files where sections are separated by horizontal lines (---), every other top-level header (h1) and accompanying text are missing.
