At the moment in the main version (SA:MP), the streamer creates pickups globally for all players, which does not allow you to bind, for example, pickup to a particular player, so that only he saw it, and then delete it (again, only to a particular player).

In version omp v1.1.0.2612 support for PlayerPickups has been added, and now you can create pickups only for a specific player.
