Suppport compiling under Clasp #181

There is an issue preventing Serapeum from compiling under Clasp:

clasp-developers/clasp#1365

I've worked around that particular issue by simplifying the expansion of some forms (in the Clasp branch https://github.com/ruricolist/serapeum/tree/clasp), but I still end up with:
