Add a new Tag to include ignoreMemoryOnlyStoragePolicy #43

The 1.2 tag is outdated : it misses the ignoreMemoryOnlyStoragePolicy attribute which is recommended on the AFNetworking doc :

Can you create a 1.3 tag so that we can reference it in cocoapod ?
