The --debuglevel option has been dropped in dnf5, only debuglevel config option is supposed to be supported. Unfortunately this config option is still not implemented, so there is nothing to test. rpm-software-management/dnf5#1774

According to
doc/changes_from_dnf4.7.rst, the--debuglevelcommand line option has been dropped in favor ofdebuglevelconfig option.Unfortunately this config option is currently not used in any way in the dnf5 codebase.
