Currently this is set to 200,000 but if there's a bounding box it could be fewer.

@emhart : can you let me know in a nutshell the logic behind limiting the x-total-entries value to 200,000 (or 100,000 if bounding box is present), given that the maximum number of results returned by get_inat_obs() is set to 10,000 by maxresults anyway?
Is that linked to the API, or did you decide on that limit because of some other reason?
